BROWSING
To browse the KosmosLamps.com
E-Store, simply click on the
button to view
our entire online product catalog. If you would like to browse a specific category,
select the category from the Products list at the left.
SEARCHING
To search for a specific item, click on the
button and type
in the name of the item you are looking for at the prompt. When looking for a
specific replacement part just type in the generic part name. i.e. Burner, Wick,
Chimney.
BASKET
CONTENTS
To see the contents of your basket, click on the 
button located at the
top of the E-Store pages. You may adjust quantities and delete items from the Basket
contents page prior to checking out.
SHIPPING
CHARGES
To view the various shipping options and costs, click on the 
button located at
the top of the E-Store pages. Fill in your information and proceed to the next page
so that the online system can calculate the shipping cost to your address.
You must provide a valid e-mail address to avoid a delay in processing
your order.
COMPLETING
THE TRANSACTION
To complete
the transaction, select an
appropriate shipping method, (For orders shipped to Canada you must
choose the "Mail to Canada" option. For all other orders shipped
outside of the US, "International Air Mail" must be selected.) Then
select the payment method, (Check/Money
Order, Visa, M/C, or Discover,) and proceed to
the next (Secure) page. If
you prefer to telephone your credit card information, select the
"Check/Money Order" option, and use "99999" as the check number to
indicate your intention to pay be credit card. Your order will
be confirmed via e-mail, so be sure that your e-mail
address is correct, and that you do not have anti-spam software
operating. Most orders
for stock items are shipped within 48 hours. Custom or special
order items can take 2 weeks to 4 weeks or
longer to ship.
TRACKING
NUMBERS
Tracking numbers are not sent automatically, and
are only available for orders shipped specifically via UPS, (United
Parcel Service)Tracking numbers
are not available for orders shipped via US Mail. To request a tracking number, forward the
confirmation e-mail that you receive after placing the order with "Tracking
Number" on the subject line to:
