To browse the E-Store, simply click on the
view our entire online product catalog, or if you would like to
browse a specific
category, select the category from the PRODUCTS list at the left.
To search for a specific item, click on the
type in the name of the item you are looking for at the prompt. When looking for a
replacement part specific to a certain manufacturer, type in the makers name along with
the generic part name. ( i.e. Embury Fuel Cap,
or Dietz King, etc..)
To see the contents of your basket, click on the
located at the top of the E-Store pages. You may adjust
quantities and delete items
from the Basket contents page prior to checking out.
To view the various shipping options and costs,
after selecting the items you wish to order, click on the
located at the top of the E-Store pages. Fill in your information and proceed to the
next page so that the online system can calculate the shipping cost to your address.
You must provide a valid e-mail address to avoid a
delay in processing your order.
To complete the transaction,
select an appropriate shipping method. For orders shipped to
Alaska or Hawaii, you
must choose the "Priority Mail to Alaska or Hawaii" option. For orders shipped to Canada, you
must choose the "Priority Mail to Canada" option. For all other orders
shipped outside of the U.S., you must choose "Priority Mail International."
You must then select the payment method, (Amazon,
Order, Visa, M/C, Discover,
or American Express) and proceed to the next
(Secure) page to input your
payment information. If you
prefer to telephone your credit card information, select the
"Check/Money Order" option, and use "999999" as the check number to
indicate your intention to pay be credit card. Your order will be confirmed via e-mail,
so be sure that your e-mail address is correct. Most orders for stock items are shipped within
24 to 72 hours. Custom or special order items, including but not limited
to electric lanterns, street lamps, street lamp tanks, etc., can take 2
weeks to 4 weeks or longer to ship.
Tracking numbers are sent automatically
for orders shipped via UPS, (United Parcel Service,)
and FedEx directly from the shipping company. If you have not
received a tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order,
check your e-mail's "Spam" folder. We must have your
correct e-mail address, or you will not receive a tracking number.
Tracking Numbers for orders shipped via
U.S. Postal Service are not offered by the U.S.P.S. and are not available.
